RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ORDER CONFIRMATION & POLICY AGREEMENT

By placing an order on mias-closet.com, you confirm that you have carefully reviewed, understood, and agreed to the Return & Refund Policy outlined below.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You accept all return conditions, timelines, and requirements.

  • You agree to follow the official return procedure described in this policy.

  • In the case of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy—together with order records and communication history—may be used as supporting documentation.


RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided all return conditions are met.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Only minimal inspection (as would occur in a physical store) is permitted.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

Returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or damage not caused by us.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@miascloset.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos (required if the item is damaged or defective)

    • Your full name and shipping address

  3. Wait for official return instructions before sending any items.

⚠️ Do not ship items without authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return is completed.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@miascloset.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

Once verified:

  • We may offer a replacement depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

  • In some cases, returning the defective item may not be required.

Replacement orders for verified defects are generally processed within 7–14 business days.


LOST, REFUSED, OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Lost in Transit

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will assist with the courier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund once loss is confirmed.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused at delivery

  • Unclaimed

  • Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address

A $35 CAD deduction will be applied to any refund to cover administrative and shipping costs.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may request cancellation within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

Please note:

  • Order fulfillment is automated and orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you may initiate a return after delivery following the standard return process.

To request cancellation before shipment, email info@miascloset.com with a clear withdrawal request.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.


CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you experience any issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first so we can resolve the matter efficiently.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we may submit evidence to the payment provider, including:

  • Order confirmation records

  • Tracking and delivery confirmation

  • Email correspondence and submitted images

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could affect future purchasing eligibility.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • All approved returns must be shipped to our central fulfillment warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs inspections, or clearance issues.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items returned in used or unsanitary condition will not be accepted.

  • Returns are not free—shipping and handling fees always apply.
